Step 1: Enter in the email address that's on file with the program, ie., the one associated with your account.
Step 2: The system will check to see if it exists in the database and if it does, you will get an email inside of the next 10-15 minutes. Please do (NOT) submit multiple requests as there's no advantage to doing so.
Step 3: Be forewarned, that by using the password recovery, a (NEW) password will be generated. You're welcome to edit the password to one of your choosing from inside your account once you're back in.
